Pricing Policy – Call Out Services.

Fees are applicable for all Residential | Commercial | Industrial properties.

Private clients
 Terms and Conditions of Service.

• Minimum call out fee is 1 hour or part thereof.
• If the work you require will take longer than the first hour we will discuss it with you beforehand.
• The hour will only start after the work is discussed with the client and the handyman understands the expectation.
• Billing is per hour or part thereof and excludes any materials we might need to supply.
• Call out fee may be applicable if distance traveled is greater than 50km (Round-trip)
• 50% Cancellation fee will be charged if we arrive at your premises and the work order is canceled.

Rates.

• Weekdays (8:00 to 17:00) R 450.00 per hour.
• Weekdays after hours (17:00 to 20:00) R 650.00 per hour.
• Weekend and public holidays (8:00 to 5:00) R 650.00
• Weekend and public holidays (17:00 to 20:00) R 750.00 per hour.
• The full bill is generated onsite and due immediately.
• We accept any of the following payment options
• CASH | CARD (Amex cards excluded) | EFT Payment with bank confirmation.
• Your invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 business hours.
• Our hourly rate is regardless of the service you require.
• For larger repairs and service requirements we will quote on the job and bill of materials.
• We also have a installment payment option for the bill of materials via special requests.
• Depending on the quotation we will require a deposit in order to proceed.
• Full bill will be due for payment upon completion of the project.

Estate agency | Businesses | Landlords. (Registered with us)
 Terms and Conditions of Service.

• All the above rates will be applicable.
• In the event that the tenant is not responsible for the payment, the landlord or Estate agent must be registered with us and will receive the bill after the service is completed.
• Upon completion of the service the tenant will be required to sign off on the work carried out.
• Once the bill is sent to the Estate agent or Landlord the payment will become due within 48 hours.
• 30 Day accounts are available upon application for Bushiness or Estate agents.

Property inspections

Property inspections are billed at a fixed rate per square meter of the property.
